How we got here

Sean Bejarano spent the better part of a decade alternating between two chairs — engineering production software on one side, running revenue operations on the other. The same pattern surfaced at every business he stepped into. Tooling fighting workflow. Three vendors quoting against the same problem. A growth team disconnected from the operating model that was supposed to support it.

None of it was a software problem in isolation, or an ops problem, or a strategy problem. It was an operating problem. The companies that worked treated software, operations, and growth as one continuous mainline. The ones that didn't treated them as three line items on a P&L — and paid for it on every deal, every quarter, every hire.

    Hours are an input. We sell outcomes — pipeline routed, app shipped, system operating. Engagements are scoped to the result.
